【 Product Description 】
The EM-T and EF-T rod ends are ideal for many light to heavy duty industrial and/or mechanical motion transfer applications. With the most economical 2 piece PTFE lined design, the EM-T and EF-T series has lesser wear within the body's inner bearing surface, increase rod end life, decrease maintenance costs, and makes it self lubricating and moisture resistant too. The ball, made of economical low carbon steel, has a hardened case and nickel plated electrodes for extended resistance to wear and even more wear protection when compared to zinc plated option. Apart from capability to be operated in a broad range of temperatures, there are studded and left handed or right handed versions available as well. Some more notable features include PTFE lined design that reduces wear between working surface hence minimizing maintenance and increasing life, usability in a wide range of temperatures from -54°C to 121°C, and suitable for higher axial loads where side loading strength is crucial.
