Phidix Bidirectional Push-Pull Control Cable Assembly with Clevis & Eyelet Terminal Ends
Product Description
Phidix Bidirectional Push-Pull Control Cable Assembly with Clevis & Eyelet Terminal Ends
Phidix bidirectional push-pull control cable assembly is a custom-built mechanical remote transmission cable, designed for heavy-duty remote linear actuation in off-highway machinery and commercial vehicles. This cable is fitted with mixed end terminals: one clevis fork end and one eyelet ring end, paired with threaded bulkhead lock-nut mounting structure. Produced under IATF16949 quality standard, it supports fully customized length, stroke, load rating and hardware configurations. It delivers stable bidirectional push-pull force for throttle, shift, clutch and other mechanical control systems, suitable for OEM replacement and new-build equipment projects.
Applications
Construction and earth-moving equipment
Commercial trucks, buses and special-purpose vehicles
Off-road machinery
Marine mechanical control systems
Industrial mechanical remote control equipment
Advantages
Versatile connection: clevis and eyelet terminals directly match most standard lever and linkage mounting points
High compression-resistant inner cable avoids buckling under push load, maintains accurate stroke output
Convenient on-site adjustment via lock nuts to compensate assembly tolerance
Optional PTFE lining lowers internal friction, reduces operating force and extends service life
Wide temperature range, stable performance for outdoor, cold-climate and high-heat environments
Direct replacement option for imported control cable assemblies, competitive lead-time and cost
