【 Working Principle 】
This Phidix twist lock push-pull control cable relies on the relative cooperative movement between the high-strength inner steel core and the flexible armored outer conduit to realize remote linear mechanical transmission and positioning control. Under the unlocked state, the internal locking structure is released, and the operator can freely push or pull the T-handle to drive the inner cable core to produce accurate linear displacement, so as to flexibly adjust the working state, stroke and position of the connected mechanical equipment.
After adjusting to the preset working position, simply rotate the handle 1/8 turn (customizable rotation angle) to trigger the built-in precision locking mechanism. The internal limit structure tightly clamps the cable core to fix the stroke position permanently, ensuring no displacement or drift during equipment operation. Reverse rotation of the handle can quickly unlock the locking state, realizing repeated, flexible and efficient position adjustment, achieving one-key locking and quick release of remote mechanical control.
