【 Product Description 】
The 2-piece metal to metal EM-M/EF-M Series are perfect for different kinds of motion transfer applications. The materials for the ball and the body are made out of low carbon steel. They are zinc plated and treated with yellow dichromate to prevent corrosion. To increase resistance to ball, it is case hardened. PTFE liner can be added as optional choice (is self lubricating and moisture resistant) to increase durability, reduce maintenance and increase rod end life. PTFE version has an electroless nickel plated ball. The metal rod can succumb to a varied range of temperatures. Different versions of the PTFE lined bearings are available. Grease fittings are also possible as an available option. There is an oil impregnated bronze raceway helping in longevity of the device while lowering maintenance costs. Used with variable temperature ranges of -30°F — 300°F.
